Pelvic floor muscles are the layers of muscles that support the pelvic organs and span the bottom of the pelvis. The pelvic floor organs are the bladder and bowel in men and bladder, bowel and uterus in women.
These pelvic floor muscles will be strengthened in this course.
It is important to exercise the correct muscles and NOT other muscles that are stronger.
This interferes with using the correct muscles and will only hinder your progress.
You will be given A SAMPLE EXERCISE SCHEDULE so you can make these exercises PART OF YOUR LIFE.
