Pilates beginners/ improvers 6 week course
This beginners course entails learning the fundamentals and principles of Pilates.
Alignment, Breath and core
You will be assessed for any postural defects and have a detailed plan to work on any related problems/ injuries you may have. In my places of work, I have a Spinal Corrector of which students are analysed accordingly. You will learn to facilitate basic exercise to strengthen and stabilise the core muscles, mobilise and stretch the body with modifications if necessary. Also, in this course you will be taught MYOFASCIAL RELEASE work for those everyday aches and pains. The flow of a beginner’s course is created to support the systems of the body. This is a progressive process. Enjoy the journey!
